The No Smoking signs are in the common Adobe .pdf format so you shouldn't have any problems printing.
TIPS:
Printing many signs with large areas of color on an Ink-jet or color laser printer can get to be expensive. Your color ink cartridge will be used up faster. Consider printing in black and white. Before you print you should be able print the page in greyscale where it will then only use the black cartridge. Printing with a black and white laser printer is usually cheaper per printed page than using ink jet printers.
