Most cigarette smokers are use to stomping their cigarette butt out on something. It's just natural. Some have been doing it for many years. Our Aluminum spun spout ecourages smokers to do what they do naturally. It leaves room to stomp first before dropping away... Most other outdoor ashtrays have only a 'drop hole' that often confuses...
